人才培养视域下的大学生党建工作改革与创新

大学生党员人数的不断增加和当前国际国内形势的纷繁复杂，影响和阻碍了党员先进性的发挥和党组织的战斗堡垒作用的显现，大学生党建工作需要适时转变思路和寻找出路。在传统大学生基层党组织设置模式难以完全适应当前需要的情况下，改革创新大学生党建工作，从对其理论和实践层面加以探索，是我们推动高校党建工作科学化的有效途径。

Reform and Innovation of Party Construction among College Students from the Perspective of Talent Cultivation

The growing number of college student Party member and the complicated situation at home and abroad affect the performance of the vanguard role of the Party member and the battle fort action of the Party organization. So the innovation of Party construction among college students is of necessity. Since the traditional setting modes of Party organization of college student at basic level can not fully satisfy the current needs, the theoretical research and practice of the reform and innovation in this respect is an effective way to improve the scientificity of the Party construction among college students.
