摘    要:
本文分析了社会转型时期 ,学校“德育个性化”价值取向上的缺失现象及其对学生的负面影响 ,继而进一步指出在面向 2 1世纪的德育改革中 ,教育工作者应如何追寻“德育个性化” ,真正培养出符合新时期需要的个性充分发展的人才。

Abstract:
This article analyses the defeats of the values of the "personality in moral education" and the negative influence on the students at the turn of the society. Furthermore, facing the moral reform in the 21st century, the author points out that people are engaged in education should know how to strive for the individual characters in moral education and how to foster the talented persons who can bring the initiative of the individual characteristics to meet the need of the new period.
