| Abstract: | Creative achievement is a joint and balancing result of many mental resources. Among these resources, intellect, thinking mode and thinking style, knowledge and personality are the most import ant ones. This is decided by the characteristics of creative process. Meanwhile, creativity demands that these factors have certain features or traits. The author has further discussed how to culture these mental resources and suggested some aspects should be focused in practical training and learning. |
