摘    要:创造是多种心理成分平衡协调的结果 ,而智力、思维方式与思维风格、知识、人格是其中最重要的心理成分 ,这是由创造活动本身的特点决定的。同时 ,创造对这些心理成分的品质也有特别的要求和规定。

Abstract:Creative achievement is a joint and balancing result of many mental resources. Among these resources, intellect, thinking mode and thinking style, knowledge and personality are the most import ant ones. This is decided by the characteristics of creative process. Meanwhile, creativity demands that these factors have certain features or traits. The author has further discussed how to culture these mental resources and suggested some aspects should be focused in practical training and learning.
