| Abstract: | Higher requirements are set for the University Librarians in the information age. The situation of quality is analyzed for the current University Librarians in from three aspects. The paper discusses the quality University Librarians should possess in terms of ideology, ethics and professional quality in combination with the facts and puts forward the ways and means to enhance the quality of the university librarians. |
