| 摘 要： | 通常将中小企业资金短缺的原因归咎于银行“惜贷”,但本文经调查分析后认为我省中小企业资金短缺实为企业自身缺陷所致,并主张对自身进行观察和评价的基础上,找准适合自身的融资渠道,融通所需资金。

| Abstract: | Generally,people attributes the causes for capital shortage of the middle and small enterprises to sparing loan of banks,but this article deems that the capital shortage of the middle and small enterprises in Qinghai is the result of one's own defects of enterprises after investigation analysis,and stands for seeking compatible with oneself financing channel on the basis of observing and evatuating oneself and circulates need funds. |
