师生关系的心理学思考

摘    要:师生关系是教育活动中最基本的人际关系。师生关系的情感特征决定了其本质是教师和学生间的心理关系。教师要善于发挥师生关系中的人际情感因素在促进学生发展中的巨大作用。教师和学生间的心理位差有助于教师更好地发挥主导作用,但也为师生间的情感交流设置了障碍。师生关系是教师和学生在教育活动中心理互动的结果。师生间的心理互动是一个综合网络系统,其教育影响作用能够促使教学相长。

Abstract:The relationship between teachers and students is the most fundamental one in teaching.Its essence is mental re-lationship between teachers and students,which is decided by its emotional effect in promoting the student's growth.The mental distance between teachers and students contributes to teacher's playing a leading role,but it sets up a barrier to feeling inter-changes between them.The relationship between teachers and students is the result of their mental interacting in teaching.The mental interaching between teachers and students is a comprehensive system,too.lts educational influence makes teaching and learning to improve each other.
