| 摘 要： | 二战后,德国迅速成为世界经济强国,但在国际社会仍有＂政治侏儒＂之虞。20世纪60年代末,随着国际国内形势的变化,联邦德国随之调整外交政策,实施＂新东方政策＂。联邦德国领导人勃兰特始终把欧洲联合与实施新东方政策紧密结合在一起,不仅缓和了东西方紧张局势,而且促进了欧洲一体化的发展,为德国统一奠定了基础。同时,欧洲一体化进程的加深为新东方政策提供了坚实的后盾和安全保证。
