| Abstract: | College counselors assume the functions of leadership,management,education and service.On the basis of the researches of college counselors' competence,this paper proposes college counselors construct a quaternity model of competence,that is,the leader's capability,the administer's ability,the educator's quality and the server's consciousness. |
