| 摘 要： | 流行病学资料提示血糖与心血管事件之间有明确的相关性,然而干预试验的结果却不能令人信服,UKPDS虽然能使心肌梗死危险减少16%,却无统计学意义,在去年曾发表了ACCORD、ADVANCE和VADT三个大型临床试验,尽管对血糖能严格控制却不能显示强化治疗的益处,而且在开始出现的微血管并发症的好处,在干预试验结束时并无改变。 |
