| 摘 要： | 高等教育从精英教育向大众教育转变,是社会发展的必然,我国的高等教育已快速实现了大众化。研究与思考大众化背景下高等教育质量新内涵,确立与高等教育大众化相适应的高等教育新理念,并通过明确人才培养目标,探索差别化的人才培养模式;加强师资队伍建设,培育优秀教学团队;强化实践教学,提高学生的实践与创新能力;严格教学管理,构建与健全教学质量保障机制等措施,加强高校教育教学质量内涵建设,高校才能实现可持续发展。
