和谐社会的公平正义之维

公平正义是和谐社会的首要价值和内在要求,也是人类社会一直追求的理想目标。从以人为本的维度来审视,和谐社会原则主要有:基本权利平等原则、机会公平原则和分配公平原则。构建和谐社会应加强民主和善治以达到基本权利平等,以人为本和司法完善以达到机会公平,以完善社会分配机制达到结果公平。

The Dimension of Fairness and Justice of Harmonious Society

Fairness and justice are the chief value and the intrinsic requirement for a harmonious society and also the ideal aim that human being has been pursuing.Seen from the humanist point of view,the primary principles for a harmonious society are: basic equal right principle,equal opportunity principle,and equal distribution principle.When constructing a harmonious society,democracy and law should be strengthened so as to achieve equal basic right;everything should be considered from man-centered point of view and judicature consummated so as to achieve opportunity fairness;and finally,social distribution system should be perfected so as to achieve equality of results.
