| 摘 要： | 国际政治主要是各个国家对其他国家交往过程中的联系、活动及政策的总称，是国际关系中最活跃的一种关系；而国际法是调整这种国际关系所形成的制度、法规及习惯的总称。自二者产生以来，就对国际社会的发展产生着巨大的影响，如何理解好国际政治与国际法，对于了解世界发展趋势以及建立国际新秩序有重大的意义
