转变思想 推动经济的科学发展

改革开放以来，我国的经济建设取得了举世公认的成就，但经济增长方式比较粗放，实现经济快速增长付出的代价过大。十七大报告在全面把握我国经济发展规律的基础上，从当前的发展实际出发，将“转变经济增长方式”改为“转变经济发展方式”。这种改动内涵发生了重大变化，是我们党对经济发展规律认识的又一次飞跃，这对我国现代化建设具有重要的意义。
