| 摘 要： | 大学毕业生在职业规划选择中受到多种因素的影响，影响大学生职业生涯规划的个体心理因素，包括职业生涯认知、职业自我意识与职业个性等方面，大学生自我意识状况、自我和谐水平程度影响职业生涯的规划与就业选择，学校应重视构建大学生职业心理辅导体系，加强大学生就业的心理健康教育。

| Abstract: | University graduates'career planning options are influenced by a variety of factors.The individual psychological factors affecting students career planning include career awareness,self-awareness of occupation and vocational personality,and so on.The students self-awareness and level of harmony influence their career planning and employment options,and schools should attach importance to the building of vocational college students psychological counselling system to strengthen their mental health education. |
