中国对越南军事技术人才培养的援助及意义——以哈军工的越南留学生为例（1958-1968）

20世纪中叶的抗美援朝、中苏军事技术交流合作，让人记忆犹新。与此同期进行的中国援越抗法、中越军事技术合作尤其是中国军事院校为越南人民军培养军事技术工程师，却少有研究，或鲜为人知。在第一手档案资料和中国援越抗法战争亲历者回忆的基础上，着重探讨哈尔滨军事工程学院为越南人民军培养军事工程技术工程师的背景、过程及意义。

Assistance and Significance of Training Military Technical Personnel for Vietnam by China——A Case Study on the Abroad Students from Vietnam in the Harbin Military Engineering Institute (1958-1968)

It is very impressed us that the war to resist U.S. aggression and aid Korea and communications and cooperations in military technologies between China and the Soviet Union occurred in the middle of the 20th century. However, not much study has been done on the Vietnamese wax against France and military technical cooperations between China and Vietnam, especially military technological engineers trained in the Chinese military academies for the Vietnamese people~ army. This paper focuses on the backgrounds, processes and significances about military technological engineers trained in the Harbin Military Engineering In- stitute for the Vietnamese peoplet army based on the first - hand deposited documents and memories of some survivors who took part in the Vietnamese war against France.
