| 摘 要： | 高师学生在人格方面 ,具有良好的人格结构与人格中的弱点、缺陷并存和冲突的特点。在全面推行素质教育的今天 ,应加强对高师学生的人格培养教育 ,这对学生的健康发展、深化素质教育、提高整个民族素质水平具有重要的意义。
