| 摘 要： | 构建师德评价指标体系是高校加强师德建设的一个重要内容。针对当前在教师师德评价指标上的缺陷与不足,应从新时期高校教师师德的内涵入手,依据师?内涵所蕴涵的目标和师?行为的动机与效果,坚持系统性、代表性、可比性和可操作性原则,根据一般标准和具体标准,来构建高校教师师德评价的指标体系。

| Abstract: | The construction of evaluable index system for teacher's virtue is a significant part of improving the building of teacher's virtue in universities and colleges.As for the defect and inadequacy in the present system,it should begin with the connotation of teacher's virtue in the new period,then on the basis,to probe into constructing the evaluable index system of teacher's virtue. |
