| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国的社会阶层结构和利益格局发生了深刻变革，利益格局的多元化及利益矛盾的凸显给执政党的党内民主与党内和谐带来了严峻的挑战。要实现党内和谐，其关键在于发展党内民主，形成党内民主与党内和谐的互动。

| Abstract: | Profound changes have taken place in social stratum structure and pattern of interests of our country since reforming and opening. Diversification in pattern of interests and striking contradictions in benefit have brought about austere challenge to the realization of inner-party democracy and inner-party harmony of the party in power. To achieve inner-party harmony, the key lies in the development of inner-party democracy and forming sound interaction each other. |
