中國護理理論的原創性訴求

為了探究西方護理理論在中國應用的效果,敦促中華護理人結合中華民族文化創建中國原創護理理論,筆者通過網絡數據庫和手檢方法,查閱1994年1月至2004年12月中國內地、香港、澳門和台灣的8種主要護理期刊,統計護理理論的文章並進行分析。發現內地4種護理期刊、香港和澳門各1種護理期刊、台灣2種護理期刊刊發的護理理論文章佔全部文章的百分比分別為0.00207%、0.01377%、0%和0.01720%,證明西方護理理論在中國應用的效果不理想。建議:①中華護理人應該發展和創建體現中華文化內涵的護理理論;②原創中國護理理論必須立足於護理學科和中華民族文化。

A Search for Originality in Chinese Nursing Theory

This paper aims both at exploring the effectiveness of applying Western nursing theory to Chinese practice and prompting Chinese nurses to develop original Chinese nursing theory based on traditional Chinese culture. By reviewing 8 main nursing journals in China (4 in Mainland China, 1 in Hong Kong, 1 in Macao, and 2 in Taiwan) from January 1994 to December 2004, the percentages of theoretical articles on nursing in these journals was found to be rather low, accounting for 0.00207% in Mainland China, 0.01377% in Hong Kong, 0% in Macao and 0.01720% in Taiwan. In conclusion, it suggests that Chinese nursing theory should be deeply rooted in traditional civilization as well as originating from a combination of nursing science and Chinese culture.
