| 摘 要： | 物证作为刑事证据中的一种重要的存在形式，在证据法学理论和实践中具有十分重要的意义。在以证据中所蕴涵的案件事实信息为标准对物证进行重新定义的前提下，对物证的证据机理、物证的收集以及物证中案件事实信息的识别、提取和固定等问题进行了深入的剖析。
