浅论我国国有企业人才激励机制

摘    要:企业之间的竞争是人才的竞争,我国国有企业在发展过程中对于引人、要人和用人方面都面临诸多的挑战和难题,构建国有企业科学合理的人才激励机制势在必行。本文通过分析国企人才的激励方面存在的问题,提出了构建完善的企业人才激励机制策略。

Abstract:The competition between enterprises is the talent competition. The state -owned enterprises in China are faced with numerous challenges and problems in the aspects of introdueing, state asking through for and employing talents in the development process, it is imperative to build owned enterprise scientific and reasonable talent incentive mechanism. This paper, the analysis of the problems in stimulation of state - owned enterprise talents, puts forward the strategy to construct perfect enterprise talent incentive mechanism.
