| 摘 要： | 21世纪是信息化时代,网络环境下妇联组织发展面临新的挑战。网络发展使妇联组织的服务对象发生了新变化,考验妇联组织的履职能力,挑战了妇联组织的生产方式。因此妇联组织需要构建适应网络发展的组织机制,借助网络投资知识资本,提高妇联组织参与治理的能力。
