| 摘 要： | 以广西那坡县乡村学校为样本进行调查研究,发现广西民族乡村女教师领导力建设存在领导力神话、主体意识缺失、有误的再现、玻璃天花板等问题。加强民族乡村女教师领导力的建设,应该破除领导力神话,重构女教师的女性主体意识,建立女教师领导力建设支持体系。
