| 摘 要： | 目前大湘南示范区在承接产业转移方面还存在宏观层面制度建设有待完善、中观层面市场作用有待发挥、微观层面产业集聚有待加强、产业转移竞争压力有待缓解等诸多问题。为更好地提高大湘南示范区在承接转移产业的竞争力,政府在制定相关发展战略时,一是要把握大湘南示范区承接产业转移的制度建设,二是解决物流的制约瓶颈,三是突出企业管理方式的创新。

| Abstract: | At present,there are problems of system construction on macro level, market function on medium level and the cluster needs and competitive pressure on micro-level the southern Hunan demonstration area to undertake industrial transfer. To better improve the competitiveness of large southern Hunan demonstration area undertake the transfer of industry the government should grasp the big system con- struction of southern Hunan demonstration area to undertake industrial transfer,solve the logistics bottlenecks and highlight the innovation of enterprise management mode in formulating relevant development strategy. |
