| 摘 要： | 在全球化的背景下,国际主义已成为国际关系中一个值得重新思考的问题,只有在对国际主义的历史作用进行全面反思,充分认识国际形势的新发展以及全球主义、人道主义等西方思想造成的挑战的基础上,把政治声援的强大道义性、不附加任何条件的无私性和注重增强受援方自立能力的实效性等国际主义精神实质与当前的国际实际结合起来,才能充分发挥国际主义在国际关系中的重要作用。

| Abstract: | In the background of globalization, the application of internationalism has become an issue which need to reconsidered, only on the basis of overall reflexion of the historical role of internationalism, full recognition of new changes of international situation and the challenge of such western thoughts as globalism, humanism, combining strong morality and justice of political support, unselfishness embodied in untying any political conditions and actual effect of emphasizing recipient's self-supporting abilities with the present international conditions, could internationalism fully play important role in international relations. |
