| 摘 要： | 大学生保险法律关系的主体、客体和内容具有特殊性,有别于其他法律关系。大学生保险法律关系受民事、行政和刑事法律规范调整,其法律责任形式包括民事责任、行政责任和刑事责任。探明大学生保险法律关系本体问题,理清大学生保险法律关系类型和责任形式,对于依法保护大学生保险利益具有借鉴价值。
