Application of Matrix Management Mode in Team Building of Reading Promotion in University Library

This paper summarizes the current situation of reading promotion team building in university library,analyzes the advantages of application of matrix management model in team building of reading promotion in university library,and points out that the application of matrix management for strengthening reading promotion team building in university library should pay attention to the good team leader select off, clear team management processes and the members of the mission requirements,pay attention to adjust the balance of the workload and to promote cooperation,but also optimize performance evaluation,establish the reading promotion activities evaluation and reward and punishment system.
