| 摘 要： | 民主,是公民的政治权利;民生,是公民的经济权利.中国共产党认为,发展民主与改善民生是辩证统一的.一方面,民生与民主相互联系,不可分割.民生包含民主,民主是构成民生的核心要素,是民生的高级发展形态;民生问题也是一个民主问题,社会主义民主与社会主义民生在本质和核心上具有同一性;另一方面,发展民主与改善民生相互促进.民主具有重要的民生作用,是解决民生问题的重要路径和方式;民生是促进民主发展的主要动力,是民主的逻辑载体.

| Abstract: | Democracy is the political rights while livelihood is the economic rights of citizens. CCP believes that the development of democracy and the improvement of people＇s livelihood is a dialectical unity. On the one hand, people＇s livelihood is interrelated to and inseparable from democracy. It contains democracy and democracy,which constitutes the core of people＇s livelihood, is a senior development pattern of live- lihood. At this point,livelihood is also a democracy. They have identity in the core essence, each promoting the other. Democracy produces not only the effects on livelihood, but an important way to solve its prob- lems. And livelihood,in return,as the logical carrier of democracy,is the major impetus to promote the development of democracy. |
