| 摘 要： | 阐述财政支出与伊春林区经济转型的关系,优化财政收支结构,促进经济结构转型的措施,即抓住机遇,争取更多国家财政资金支持;保持非税收合理规模;降低行政管理支出比例;合理安排经济建设支出和逐步增加社会保障支出。
