| Abstract: | The important role of construction of enterprise culture in management of small and medium sized private erterprises is dealt with and the weakness and its cause in the cultural construction in small and medium sized private enterprises are analyzed. moreover the overall idea and basic consideration of the cultural construction in small and medium sized private enterprises to meet the main demands of modern enterprise management are presented. |
