信息时代技术哲学的拓新与展望——肖峰信息技术哲学述论

信息技术哲学体现了信息时代技术哲学新的研究范式和研究领域.从一般技术哲学到信息技术哲学,肖峰首创了国内信息技术哲学学术体系、学科体系和话语体系.信息技术的本质是延展人的认知机能的技术;信息技术介入人的认识活动,引发了认识论的转向;肖峰在其信息技术哲学的视域中提出"信息型实践"范畴,阐释"信息社会主义"的政治哲学涵义,关注信息技术对人的本质的影响,并在信息技术本体论、认识论、价值论、实践论、社会论、人文论六个方面展现出深厚的原创性,在"信息技术—哲学"和"信息—技术哲学"两个进路上形成了开放的体系.结合信息技术对社会、政治、经济、文化和生态的影响,肖峰不断丰富和拓展了信息技术哲学研究领域和范式,在物联网、人工情感、人工经验、脑机接口等新兴信息技术前沿领域,肖峰进行了探索性的哲学研究,提出若干发人深思的新问题,展现了信息技术哲学的活力与前景.

The Development and Prospect of Technological Philosophy in the Information Age: On Xiao Feng's Philosophy of Information Technology

The philosophy of information technology embodies the new research paradigm and field of the philosophy of technology in the information age. From the philosophy of general technology to the philosophy of information technology, Xiao Feng initiated the academic system, the discipline system and the discourse system of the information technology philosophy in China. The essence of information technology is to extend the cognitive function of human beings. The involvement of information technology has led to the shift of epistemology in human cognitive activities. Xiao Feng puts forward the category of "information-based practice" in his philosophy of information technology, explains the meaning of political philosophy of "information socialism", and pays attention to the impact of information technology on human beings'' essence. And it shows six aspects of deep originality in the information technology ontology, the epistemology, the axiology, the practice, the sociology and the humanism, forming an open system on the two approaches of "information technology-philosophy" and "information-technology philosophy". Combining the impact of information technology on the society, the politics, the economy, the culture and the ecology, Xiao Feng has constantly enriched and expanded the research fields and paradigms of information technology philosophy. In the frontier fields of new information technology, such as Internet of things, the artificial emotion, the artificial experience, the brain computer interface, Xiao Feng has made exploratory philosophical research, put forward some new issues that are thought-provoking, and demonstrated the vitality and prospect of the philosophy of information technology.
