中外保险企业经营比较

中国保险业经过改革开放20多年的发展,在市场竞争规模、经营管理手段、保险营销方式等方面都积累了一些经验,具备了一定的实力。但是,中固保险业仍是个幼稚产业,与世界保险业之间差距还很大。本文分析了国内保险企业的经营数据,并与国际部分保险企业的相关数据进行了比较,指出了国内保险企业所存在的主要问题,分析了经营差距产生的内在原因并对此提出发展建议,希望对国内保险企业的运作有一定的指导意义。

A Comparative Study of Domestic and Foreign Insurance Companies Management

With over 20 years'development since the initiating of reform and opening-up campaign in China,China's insurance industry has accumulated certain experience in its market competition, operation and management skills as well as its marketing.However,at its early stage,there is a gap between China's insurance and foreign insurance industry.The data of domestic insurance companies are analyzed and compared with those of the international insurance companies.Major problems of domestic insurance companies and the corresponding proposals for development are presented,which will be helpful to the management of the domestic insurance companies.
