| Abstract: | Puccini,a great Italian opera master,extends his Pan-Eastern Imagination into five aspects in his works.He constructs an outside world full of strong politics and specific cultural and psychological implications for the stratum of European urban people.As a means of artistic creation his Pan-Eastern Imagination agrees with the fin de si cle thoughts and feelings of European society so as to confirm European self-centre and indicate the popular turn of European opera.It has particular aesthetic significance. |
