| 摘 要： | 世界油价的快速上升已经成为世界各国和社会各界普遍关注的焦点。这种关注不仅仅来自于能源安全方面的考虑,更为严重的是,在世界经济发展本身存在一系列结构性矛盾和风险的情况下,世界石油格局的发展趋势将直接影响世界经济的增长速度与结构调整难度。本文认为,从基本面因素来看,中期内,世界石油供需总量紧张的状况有可能缓解,但是不会彻底反转。

| Abstract: | The fast increase in world oil price has been of great concern universally in various countries and in different industries worldwide. Such concern comes from not only the anxiety about the global energy safety but also the future of world economy. What is more serious, there are series of structural contradictions and risks in the development of world economy. Under the circumstances, the development trend of world oil situation will impact directly the growth rate of world economy and the difficulty of structural adjustment. This paper argues, considering the basic factors, in the medium-term the supply-demand tension of world oil will be expected to relax, but will not reverse completely. |
