| Abstract: | Training minority cadres is the main point of the CCP nationality policy.This article discussed, the main content of the CCP traning minority cadres policy, putting forward, elementary formation, basal formation, continuous development and perfection and the change of policy, in about eighty-year from CCP foundation, especially in fifty-year from new China foundation. |
