论县域经济“亚核心”发展规律

把握县域经济发展规律是建设全面小康社会的需要。县域经济发展的一般规律就是"亚核心"发展规律,即在核心区外围的局部边缘区内以县域中心镇为依托,建立次级核心,通过极化作用聚集周边地区资源,形成产业集聚,可以实现县域经济更快更好的发展。通常,县域经济的"亚核心"发展,遵循从资源优势培育、资源优势向区位优势转化再到区位优势极化这样一个有序的过程。其具体途径有三:一是通过特定农产品的产业化实现;二是通过特定工业产品生产体系的构建;三是通过特定服务产品供给体系的构建。
