| 摘 要： | 江泽民同志的“七·一”重要讲话和中共中央关于加强和改进党的作风建设的《决定》 ,对干部队伍建设提出了明确要求。高等学校应该如何贯彻“三个代表”的重要思想和党的十五届六中全会精神 ?这是当前面临的重要课题。我校从干部人事制度改革入手 ,立足发展 ,深化改革 ,用好的作风选人 ,选作风好的人 ,并不断强化教育 ,狠抓作风建设 ,按照“三个代表”重要思想建设高素质的干部队伍 ,努力为建设国内外知名的高水平大学提供坚强的组织保证
