| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the problems in current teaching system, this paper proposes that the key of cultivating innovative talents should be change the traditional conception with the subject and intelligence as the center. It should set up the educational idea of training innovative spirits and developing with the coordinat factors of whole, intelligence and non intelligence. |
