外资企业与内资企业协同创新差距的原因研究

基于中国高技术产业统计年鉴面板数据，比较外资企业与内资企业协同创新影响因素的差别，研究结果表明:企业的发展战略决定了对协同创新的定位不同，外资企业更注重发展壮大，而内资企业更注重提高研发的核心竞争力，从而导致外资企业利润水平和发展速度与协同创新水平正相关，而内资企业负相关；政府研发经费对内资企业协同创新的弹性系数为正，而与外资企业的协同创新无关；企业规模对内资企业协同创新的弹性系数为正，对外资企业的弹性系数为较大的负数。

The Causes of Collaborative Innovation Gap Between Foreign Investment Enterprises and Domestic Enterprises

Based on the data of Chinese high-tech Statistical Yearbook, the paper compares the influencing factors of enterprise collaborative innovation differences between foreign enterprises and domestic enterprises. The study shows that the development strategy of the enterprise determines the different positioning of collaborative innovation and foreign investment enterprises put more emphasis on the development and expansion while domestic enterprises pay more attention to improve the core competitiveness of research and development. This makes the level of foreign profits & development speed and the level of collaborative innovation positively correlated, while domestic enterprise is on the opposite. Government R & D funding for domestic enterprises collaborative innovation elasticity coefficient is positive related while it has no relations with the foreign collaborative innovation.
