| Abstract: | China has been influenced by three types of constitutionalism,they are formal constitutionalism,substantial constitutionalism and procedural constitutionalism.Through comparison,the significance of procedural constitutionalism paradigm has been promulgated and it has been proved that procedural constitutionalism paradigm is the best choice for China's rule reform. |
