治理理论之于中国的选择逻辑——一种“民间组织”的分析视角

在建设和谐社会的背景下,中国继续着理论借鉴和移植的步伐。哪些理论值得并且适于借鉴？需要通过哪些途径进行移植？这些都是在制度移植的过程中必须回答的问题。文章选取治理理论与民间组织分别作为理论借鉴的对象与载体,探寻治理理论与民间组织的内在价值,并从中挖掘两者之间存在的相互通融的逻辑与价值,从而为以民间组织为载体的理论移植提供合法性解释,指明可行的方向与途径。

How to Transmit the Key Values of the Theory of Public Governance——a Perspective of Chinese NGO

The theory on public governance has provided a valuable theoretical structure for our construction of a harmonious society.However,when we absorb the advanced notion of the theory on good governance,we need to find out a suitable subject.As the boosting strength in the society,the nongovernmental organizations experience the similar values with the theory of good governance,which can be selected as the subject to realize the good governance.This thesis analyses the mutual values shared by China's nongovernmental organization and the theory of good governance,so as to enhance the base for the development of the nongovernmental organization.
