| 摘 要： | 针对博士研究生培养体系构建存在的问题,采用实地考察的方法,分析总结各大学在博士研究生培养方面存在的优势和弊端.找到解决这些问题的相应对策,采取相应措施保证优秀生源、培养博士研究生的创新意识等等.实践证明,研究与实践成果适用于全国各个高校博士研究生培养体系的构建中.

| Abstract: | In view of problems in the construction of doctoral training system, on-the-spot investigation was adopted to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each university in postgraduate training. Finally the corresponding countermeasures were found to solve these problems, in terms of enrolling excellent students, innovation consciousness in training doctoral students etc. Practice proves that research and practical results are applicable to the construction of doctoral training system in China. |
