| Abstract: | In view of Anhui＇s capacity of independent innovation, an analysis was made of the independent innovation situation of Hefei, Wuhu and Bengbu, innovation policy environment, the effect of independent innovation from scientific and technological research and development as well as problems in the independent innovation of the three cities. Countermeasures are proposed for the sake of cooperative independent innovation between provinces and cities. |
