论教师从“单一型”到“综合型”的转变

摘    要:单一型教师与综合型教师在内涵、特征及形成原因、产生背景上存在显著的差异。在实施素质教育与推进新课程改革的背景下,从单一型教师走向综合型教师是必然趋势。实现这一角色转变的可行途径包括:转变课程观与教学观、完善知识结构、加强教师之间合作、改革师资培养方式等。

Abstract:The notable differences between the unitary type teachers and the synthetical type teachers depend on connotation,characteristic,forming cause and producing background.It is very urgent to change from unitary type teachers to synthetical type teachers under the background putting quality education into practice and pushing forward the new course reforming.The feasible approach realizing this one role change is included: changing the course watches and the teaching watches,perfecting the structure of knowledge,reinforcing the cooperation between teachers and reforming teachers training way.
