拉动农村居民消费增长促进南京经济又好又快发展

南京农村居民消费对推动南京经济又好又快增长具有重要意义。近年来，南京农村居民消费水平大幅提高，消费结构优化升级。同时，南京市农村居民消费中还存在一些问题，如农村居民消费水平和消费倾向低于城镇居民、消费结构升级缓慢。为了推动南京农村居民消费需求的进一步增长，提出了稳步提高南京农村居民收入，加快发展农村基础设施，健全农村社会保障体系，改善农村消费环境，更新消费观念等一系列对策措施。

Stimulate the Rural Residents' Consumption and Promote the Eonomic Growth of Nanjing Benignly and Rapidly

The Nanjing rural residents＇ consumption is of significance for promotion of benign and rapid economic growth of Nanjing. In recent years the rural residents＇ consumption level of Nanjing has been greatly improved and their consumption structure has been optimized and upgraded, too. Nevertheless, some problems still exist in the Nanjing rural residents＇ consumption. The Nanjing rural residents＇ consumption level and tendency, for example, do not compare with the urban residents＇ and the Nanjing rural residents＇ consumption structure upgrades quite slowly. A series of countermeasures, such as steadly increasing the Nanjing rural residents＇ income, accelerating the development of rural infrastrucure, perfecting the rural social security system, improving the rural consumption environment and renewing the rural residents＇ consumption mentality, are put foreward in order to promote further increase of the demand of the Nanjing rural residents＇ consumption.
