| 摘 要： | 大学是培养创新型人才的摇篮。普通高等教育就是教师传授知识和学生不断积累知识的过程。通过大学培养创新人才方案建立的必要性、可行性以及结果进行全面分析,提出大学培养创新性人才的工作模式。新的培养模式对我国自主创新型人才的培养至关重要,在现阶段我国的教育体制中采用这一模式也是必要的。

| Abstract: | The university is a cradle for cultivating students with innovative ability.Nowaday,the common college is the process to education and accumulation knowledge.The four proposal are brought forward for cultivating students with innovative ability in this paper.Analysis of the proposal from necessar,feasibility and result can find the cultivation model of students with innovative ability.This propasal is nessesary and significant for our nation to cultivating persons with innovative ability now. |
