浅析抚养未成年子女的权利义务——对离婚后父母轮流抚养子女制度的思考

我国现行立法强调离婚后未直接抚养子女一方的探望权,就父母子女之间的关系主要采取的是单亲抚养制度。然而,只有母亲或者父亲一方单独抚养的孩子得到的爱是不完整的,有碍孩子身心健康发展,其合理性值得反思。在解决离婚父母与未成年子女之间的权利义务问题时,应当摒弃父母权利本位思想,用轮流抚养的方式对未成年子女实施保护和教养。
