摘    要:来华留学生对汉语教师的评价受到诸多因素的影响,评价标准有明显的国别特征。PiB汉语项目的美国学生对汉语教师的评价标准,比较集中地体现在四个方面:跨文化的意识和沟通能力;教师的个性魅力;丰富有效的课堂教学方法;职业精神和基本功。有针对性地研究某一国别的留学生对汉语教师的评价标准,这对我们从国别的角度、从学生的角度来思考对外汉语教师应该具备哪些素质会有帮助,对汉语教师的培养培训工作也提供了借鉴。

Abstract:To foreign students in China,their evaluation to Chinese language teachers is effected by many factors,especially,by their nationalities.So far as the American students who participated in PiB Chinese Language Program is concerned,their evaluation criterions to Chinese teachers are comparatively embodied in four aspects: the sense of across-culture and communication ability;teachers' personal attractiveness,plentiful and effective teaching methods,teachers' professional spirits and basic skills.Therefore,it is necessary to have a research on foreign students' evaluation criterions on the basis of their specific nationality.Because it will help us to think well about what qualifications a teacher who teach Chinese as a foreign language should have from the point view of the foreign students and their nationality.What's more,it will provide useful lessons for the training and the improvement of the teachers who teach Chinese as a foreign language.
