| 摘 要： | 从交换权利理论对现行二元制度框架下移民搬迁农户权利受损问题这一新的视角进行分析,指出在移民搬迁过程中应重视保障农民的交换权利来提高移民搬迁的扶贫效率,而政府的政策选择和制度安排对于保障农民的交换权利具有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | The rural immigrant movement is one kind of new counter-impoverished pattern,and how does this pattern cause the immigrant to escape from poverty truly,the Sen's Exchange entitlement theories can give the good explanation.Based on the Exchange entitlement theory,settlers should pay attention to peasants'exchange entilement while the immigrant moves,and the government's policy and institutional arrangements for the protection of the rights of farmers have significant meaning. |
