| 摘 要： | 享有社会保障是残疾人的基本权利，为残疾人提供全面的社会保障不仅是社会公平和正义的体现，更是衡量各国经济发展和人权进步的重要标志。本文在2006年“全国残疾人第二次抽样调查”数据的基础上，分析了江苏省残疾人社会保障的现状、主要影响因素及制度建设情况，提出了完善江苏省社会保障体系的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The demand for social security is one of disabled persons basic human rights.Providing a full range of social securi-ty for the disabled is not only social fairness and justice embodied,but is an important sign of progress of a measure of nation-al economic development and human rights relying mainly on the data of Second China National Sample Survey on Disability.We analyzed the status,key influential factors and institutional construction of social security of Jiangsu disability.Finally,we advanced our countermeasures for improving social security system. |
